Driving Growth Across Borders and Categories

You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint, working with partners across industries — from farms and food manufacturers to supplement brands and personal care formulators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships in global markets (Asia, Europe, Americas)

• Translate customer insights into product positioning and market strategy

• Lead contract negotiations, distributor onboarding, and key account growth

• Collaborate with R&D and marketing to align product pipeline with market demand

• Represent Xidafeng at international trade shows and conferences

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in nutrition, ingredients, or biotech

• Global outlook with strong cross-cultural communication skills

• Results-driven with a proven track record of account growth

• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German) a plus

• Willingness to travel internationally

Designing the Next Generation of Functional Ingredients

This role focuses on the design and development of advanced formulations in animal nutrition, human health, and personal care. You’ll work at the cutting edge of applied science and consumer need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new formulas for feed additives, nutritional supplements, or personal/home care products

• Lead trials on ingredient functionality (bioavailability, stability, palatability, etc.)

• Collaborate with manufacturing to scale up pilot formulations

• Explore emerging ingredients (e.g., postbiotics, botanical extracts, biodegradable carriers)

• Ensure product performance aligns with safety, sustainability, and regulatory targets

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences

• Hands-on experience with product development in nutrition or FMCG industries

• Familiarity with analytical testing, functional ingredient behavior, and quality systems

• Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset

Bridging Science, Safety, and Market Access

As a core member of our R&D and compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our functional ingredients and health products meet the highest nutritional, scientific, and regulatory standards across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate scientific data related to functional feed, food, and supplement ingredients

• Prepare dossiers for product registration in global regions (EU, ASEAN, FDA, etc.)

• Monitor regulatory changes and advise product development teams

• Support health claims and labeling compliance based on clinical and nutritional data

• Collaborate with global clients and industry bodies on scientific validation

Qualifications:

• Degree in Nutrition Science, Food Science, or related fields (Master’s/PhD preferred)

• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., EFSA, FDA, SAMR)

• Excellent scientific writing and communication skills

• Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred for cross-border projects
