Designing the Next Generation of Functional Ingredients
This role focuses on the design and development of advanced formulations in animal nutrition, human health, and personal care. You’ll work at the cutting edge of applied science and consumer need.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new formulas for feed additives, nutritional supplements, or personal/home care products

Lead trials on ingredient functionality (bioavailability, stability, palatability, etc.)

Collaborate with manufacturing to scale up pilot formulations

Explore emerging ingredients (e.g., postbiotics, botanical extracts, biodegradable carriers)

Ensure product performance aligns with safety, sustainability, and regulatory targets
Qualifications:

Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences

Hands-on experience with product development in nutrition or FMCG industries

Familiarity with analytical testing, functional ingredient behavior, and quality systems

Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset
