Driving Growth Across Borders and Categories
You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint, working with partners across industries — from farms and food manufacturers to supplement brands and personal care formulators.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop strategic partnerships in global markets (Asia, Europe, Americas)

Translate customer insights into product positioning and market strategy

Lead contract negotiations, distributor onboarding, and key account growth

Collaborate with R&D and marketing to align product pipeline with market demand

Represent Xidafeng at international trade shows and conferences
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in nutrition, ingredients, or biotech

Global outlook with strong cross-cultural communication skills

Results-driven with a proven track record of account growth

Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German) a plus

Willingness to travel internationally
