Global Business Development Manager – Health & Nutrition

Driving Growth Across Borders and Categories

You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint, working with partners across industries — from farms and food manufacturers to supplement brands and personal care formulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships in global markets (Asia, Europe, Americas)

  • Translate customer insights into product positioning and market strategy

  • Lead contract negotiations, distributor onboarding, and key account growth

  • Collaborate with R&D and marketing to align product pipeline with market demand

  • Represent Xidafeng at international trade shows and conferences

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in nutrition, ingredients, or biotech

  • Global outlook with strong cross-cultural communication skills

  • Results-driven with a proven track record of account growth

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German) a plus

  • Willingness to travel internationally
